Buchanan Adds Shareholder to New York Labor, Employment Section

Candace Quinn has joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney as a shareholder in the labor and employment section in New York, the firm said Monday.

Quinn, an executive compensation and employee benefits attorney, focuses on reviewing, designing, and advising on employee benefits plans, health and welfare plans, and retirement tax consulting, according to Buchanan.

Her practice also includes domestic and cross-border plan design and drafting of executive compensation incentive plans, stock appreciation awards, and restricted stock unit plans, said the firm.
