Juan Pablo Albán has joined Buchalter as a corporate shareholder in the Los Angeles office, the firm said Thursday.
Albán has experience in fund formation and investment management, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and renewable energy, according to Buchalter.
He also joins as a member of the firm’s Latin American practice group.
