Betty Arkell and Terry Freeman have joined Buchalter in the corporate practice group and commercial finance practice group, respectively, in Denver, the firm said Thursday.
Arkell uses corporate finance and M&A transactional experience to help companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, according to Buchalter.
Freeman has experience in structuring, documenting, servicing, and workout of commercial and corporate finance transactions, said the firm.
