Buchalter Employs Patent Litigator Suparna Datta in LA, SF

Suparna Datta joined Buchalter as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Los Angeles and San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

Datta is a patent litigator and registered patent attorney who represents clients in complex, high-tech disputes before the International Trade Commission, federal district courts, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She has litigated patent matters involving semiconductors, wireless communications, medical devices, payment processing, consumer electronics, and other complex technologies, the firm said.

She joins from Mintz.
