Leah Capritta joined Buchalter as a litigation shareholder in its Denver office, the firm announced Thursday.
Capritta focuses her practice on representing multinational oil and gas organizations in litigation matters, and she specializes in creating strategies for changing the regulatory landscape on behalf of retail providers of power and natural gas. Her litigation practice also encompasses Title VII discrimination lawsuits, Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Employment and Housing Act lawsuits, whistleblower actions, Family and Medical Leave Act actions, and class actions involving wage and hour claims, the firm said.
She was previously a partner at Holland & Knight.
