Buchalter Adds Steven Mroczkowski as Construction Shareholder

Steven Mroczkowski joined Buchalter as a shareholder in its litigation and construction practice groups in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Mroczkowski represents clients across the construction contract chain on transactional matters and disputes, handling litigation, arbitration, and mediation across the country. His practice also includes contract drafting and negotiation, commercial foreclosure and workouts, lease disputes, bankruptcy litigation, and other complex business matters, the firm said.
