Buchalter Adds Shareholders Ceballos, Silva to San Diego Office

Agustin Ceballos and Daniel Silva have joined Buchalter in the San Diego, Calif., office, the firm said Tuesday.

Ceballos joins as a member of the corporate and tax, benefits, and estate planning practice groups, according to Buchalter. He has advised on multi-generation succession planning for foreign nationals, cross-border estate and tax planning, and tax implications of business operations for foreign investors.

Silva joins the white collar and investigations as well as litigation practice groups. He represents clients in criminal, civil, and forfeiture litigation and also advises on regulatory enforcement actions and internal investigations, said the firm.
