Buchalter Adds Former Assistant US Attorney Lally as Shareholder

Kevin Lally joined Buchalter as a shareholder in its litigation and white collar and investigations practice groups in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

Lally practice focuses on federal investigations, white-collar defense, complex civil litigation, and regulatory enforcement, the firm said. He represents plaintiffs, defendants, and corporations in matters including RICO, money laundering, anti-money laundering compliance, insider trading, the False Claims Act, health care, bank and wire fraud, and cross-border regulatory compliance and criminal enforcement.

Previously, he was an assistant United States attorney in the Central District of California.
