Buchalter Adds Denver Lawyer for State Attorneys General Group

Buchalter hired Michael Kilgarriff as a shareholder in its white collar & investigations group in Denver, the firm said Friday.

Kilgarriff, who was a partner at Ballard Spahr, will co-lead Buchalter’s state attorneys general practice. He advises financial services companies, fintech platforms, cryptocurrency and digital asset businesses, and others responding to civil investigative demands, subpoenas, and government audits, among other matters, the firm said.
