Buchalter Adds Bruce Kelson as Securities Litigation Shareholder

Bruce Kelson joined Buchalter as a shareholder in its litigation and securities practice groups in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

Kelson focuses his practice on securities litigation and complex commercial litigation for clients across financial services, real estate, venture capital, software, and technology. He represents clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, as well as internal investigations, the firm said.
