Bryan Ikegami Joins Reed Smith as Partner in LA Corporate Group

Bryan Ikegami joined Reed Smith as a partner in its global corporate group in Century City, the firm announced Monday.

Ikegami’s practice focuses on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex transactions. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and other public and private companies across all stages of domestic and cross-border transactions, and on corporate governance, executive compensation, and equity incentive arrangements, the firm said.

He joins from Winston & Strawn.
