Jennifer Csik Hutchens has joined Bryan Cave’s corporate and finance transactions department as the global head of health care in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Hutchens, who cp-chaired the health care practice group at Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, will lead the cross-sectional practice across the health care industry vertical, according to BCLP.
She represents health care providers, ancillary service providers, digital health providers, licensed agencies, nonprofits, and management services organizations, said the firm.
