Brown Rudnick Recruits Cushing to Corporate Practice in Boston

John C. Cushing has joined Brown Rudnick as a partner with the corporate practice in Boston, the firm said Monday.

Cushing focuses on corporate and securities law, advising public and private companies, entrepreneurs, family offices, business owners, and C-suite executives, according to Brown Rudnick.

He formerly served as a director at Goulston & Storrs and as a divisional controller and corporate cost and budget manager at The Timberland Company, Brown Rudnick said.
