Brown Rudnick Hires Matthew Sharp as Contentious Tax Partner

Matthew Sharp joined Brown Rudnick as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice in London, the firm announced Thursday.

Sharp specializes in contentious tax and trust litigation matters. He advises on direct and indirect taxation disputes, with a focus on employment-related taxation issues, private client taxation issues, and tax-related commercial litigation matters, the firm said.

He joins from Fieldfisher.
