Jonathan Richman joined Brown Rudnick as a partner in its white collar defense, investigations and compliance practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Richman’s practice focuses on securities class actions and derivative litigation, corporate internal investigations, government investigations and enforcement proceedings, and insider trading, the firm said.
He joins from Proskauer Rose.
