David Haber has joined Brown Rudnick as a partner with the corporate practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Haber represents emerging tech companies and focuses on start-up companies, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions, according to Brown Rudnick.
He previously practiced at WilmerHale, Brobeck Phlegher & Harrison, and Weil Gotshal.
