Brown Rudnick Brings On Chung as Corporate Partner in New York

Michael Chung has joined Brown Rudnick as a partner in the emerging growth companies and venture capital practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Chung, who most recently was a partner at Fox Rothschild, represents venture capital funds, family offices, impact funds, and corporate venture arms as well as counsels startups and venture-backed companies throughout their growth cycle, according to Brown Rudnick. He focuses on firms that prioritize inclusiveness and funding for underrepresented founders, Brown Rudnick said.

He also co-founded RK Adler LLP, which merged with Dentons LLP in 2015.
