Jenny DePonte joined Brown Fox as a partner, the firm announced.
DePonte brings trial experience as well as subject matter expertise in Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance, investigations, and handling of alleged violations, labor and employment counseling and litigation, and defending companies against employment-related torts, the firm said.
She also handles non-subscriber claims, workplace injury and death claims, and civil rights claims under state and federal law, Brown Fox said.
She joins from Jackson Lewis.
