Hope Jarkowski has been named chief legal officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., according to a Thursday news release.
Jarkowski has served as general counsel and head of equities at the New York Stock Exchange. She has also been senior counsel to Commissioner Troy Paredes and senior securities counsel to the US Senate Banking Committee while at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Broadridge said.
She will assume the role at Broadridge on May 6, and she succeeds Keir Gumbs, according to Broadridge. She will oversee legal, compliance, regulatory, and government affairs.
