Henry B. Ward III and Samantha “Sam” Skains-Menchaca have joined Bradley as partners with the intellectual property practice group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Thursday.
Ward provides counsel on patent, trademark, copyright, advertising regulations, and litigation matters, and Skains-Menchaca manages trademark and copyright portfolios, according to Bradley.
They all previously practiced at Moore & Van Allen where Ward served as co-head of the trademark practice.
