William C. Athanas has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in the government enforcement and investigations practice group in Birmingham, Ala., the firm said Wednesday.
Athanas represents institutional clients and individuals involved in government enforcement matters, particularly federal grand jury investigations, according to Bradlley.
He served as an assistant US attorney in the Northern District of Alabama and as a trial attorney in the fraud section of the US Department of Justice’s criminal division, Bradley said.
