Robert McGahan has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in the banking and financial services and government enforcement and investigations practice groups, the firm said Wednesday.
McGahan, who has served as associate general counsel for both Wells Fargo and Bank of America, works with financial institutions and other highly regulated entities in matters involving government enforcement, international investigations, white collar defense, and high-exposure civil litigation matters.
McGahan joins from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, according to the announcement.
