Bradley Hires Shannon Drake as Health-Care, Real Estate Partner

Shannon Drake joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a health-care and real estate partner in Atlanta, the firm announced Monday.

Drake has an extensive transactional background in both real estate and corporate matters in the long-term care context, as well as home health and hospice settings. He manages major litigation, labor and employment legal analysis, government investigations, and outside counsel, and has negotiated, drafted, and completed multimillion-dollar acquisitions and divestitures of home health, hospice, therapy, and private duty business lines, the firm said.

He joins from Aveanna Health, where he was chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
