Joshua Portnoy joined Bradley as a partner in its real estate practice group in Atlanta, the firm announced.
Portnoy previously served as general counsel for Hatteras Sky, a commercial real estate company focused on hospitality and multifamily development. He worked with that company’s acquisition, development, asset management, and property management teams throughout project lifecycles.
Portnoy negotiated transactions with real estate investment firms, historic tax credit syndicators, national banks, and community lenders to secure financing for ground-up and historic redevelopment projects, the firm said.
