Bradley Grows in Dallas With Tao Hire for Corporate, Securities

Viking Tao joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Thursday.

Tao advises clients from a wide range of sectors in mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate development and investment, corporate finance, partnership and joint venture negotiations, and commercial disputes. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese and regularly works with Chinese and other Asian companies entering the United States, providing advice regarding alliances and navigating regulatory or compliance requirements, the firm said.
