D. Austin Bersinger has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner with the policyholder insurance coverage team in Atlanta and Tampa, Fla., the firm said Wednesday.
Bersinger represents companies in coverage denials, claim presentation, bad faith matters, and related appeals as well as complex business disputes, according to Bradley.
He assists in claim presentations after loss and coverage issues and handles insurance counseling and policy review. He also has specialized experience doing coverage work for construction companies and cybersecurity coverage and claims, Bradley said.
He served as special assistant US attorney for the Middle District of Alabama.
