M. Patrick Everman joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in its corporate and securities and real estate practice groups in Jackson, Miss., the firm announced Monday.
Everman advises on corporate formation, structuring, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate and transactional matters, the firm said. He represents both large and small privately held companies.
His also serves as outside counsel for various clients, providing strategic legal advice to ensure operational and corporate compliance, the firm said.
