Kris Kemp joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kemp advises public and private companies on strategic merger and acquisition transactions, securities offerings, and compliance matters, the firm said. He represents clients in the health-care sector, providing specialized health-care M&A support to private equity firms, in addition to serving clients in the financial services, insurance, and retail industries.
He joins from Bass Berry.
