Kindall C. James has joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP as a partner in the labor and employment practice group in the Houston office, the firm said Wednesday.
James helps clients resolve HR issues involving discrimination and retaliation, among other labor and employment issues, according to Bradley.
She has experience defending employers against claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and ERISA, said the firm.
She previously served at Liskow & Lewis.
