Bradley Adds Fred Bourn as Product Liability Litigation Partner

Fred Bourn III joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in its litigation practice group in Jackson, Miss., the firm announced Thursday.

Bourn’s litigation practice focuses on advising clients from the pre-litigation process through trial. He defends product manufacturers in state and federal courts across the country, and provides counsel on risk management, including product safety, recalls and compliance matters, the firm said.

He joins from Butler Snow.
