David Cayce joined Bradley as a partner in the economic development and renewable energy practice group in Atlanta, the firm announced Monday.
Cayce guides clients through project M&A, early-stage development activities, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, as well as debt and equity project finance, the firm said. He regularly works with developers and IPPs on renewable energy projects, with experience leading transactions for gas-fired power plants and nuclear generation facilities.
He has also structured joint ventures and co-ownership arrangements and led numerous other corporate transactions, including private equity and venture capital investments, Bradley said.
