Susan Ormand Berry joined Bracewell as a partner in its finance practice in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.
Berry represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex lending matters. Her practice focuses on transactions across industries, particularly in the energy sector, including oil and gas and renewable energy, the firm said.
She joins from King & Spalding.
