Bracewell Recruits Bryan Clark as Energy Transition Partner

Bryan Clark joined Bracewell as a partner in its oil and gas and energy transition practice groups in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.

Clark joins from Pioneer Natural Resources USA, where he was managing associate general counsel, the firm said.

At Pioneer, he served as the primary marketing and midstream counsel and advised the board of directors, executive management, and senior officers on matters involving complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state energy regulations, litigation, and the global energy transition.
