Bracewell Grows DC Environment Team with Ex-DOJ Official Barsky

Seth Barsky joined Bracewell LLP as a partner in its environment, lands and resources department in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.

Barsky supervised the Wildlife and Marine Resources Section, Environmental Defense Section and Environmental Crimes Section as a member of the Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division senior leadership team. He was responsible for civil enforcement, criminal prosecution and defensive litigation under federal environment and natural resources law, and will advise clients on federal environmental and natural resources law, including permitting, regulatory counseling and litigation, the firm said.

He joins from the US Department of Justice.
