Allison K. Perry joined Bracewell as a partner in its tax department in Houston, the firm announced Monday.
Perry counsels clients on matters involving employee benefits, executive compensation, and employment tax. She advises on issues related to employee plans, including compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and has transactional experience advising on employee compensation matters and executive compensation agreements in connection with business acquisitions, dispositions, and restructuring transactions.
She joins from Shell, where she served as US lead employment tax counsel.
