Parker A. Lee has joined Bracewell as a partner in New York, the firm said Friday.
Lee deals with M&A, project development, and joint venture transactions in the energy and infrastructure industries, advising companies and private equity and infrastructure funds, according to Bracewell.
He practiced as an energy and projects partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
