Brian Patterson joined Bracewell as partner in its labor and employment group in Houston, the firm announced Monday.
Patterson represents employers in non-competition agreements, wage-and-hour disputes, Occupational Safety and Health Administration enforcement actions, whistleblower issues, executive employment contracts, and employment discrimination, the firm said.
He joins from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
