Bracewell Adds Energy Regulatory Partner Boudreaux in Houston

Michelle Boudreaux has joined Bracewell as a partner in the energy regulatory group in Houston, the firm said Sunday.

Boudreaux provides transactional and regulatory advice to owners and operators of petroleum liquids and natural gas pipelines, and has deep experience in greenfield and brownfield energy project development, according to the firm.

She focuses on federal and state regulation of interstate and intrastate pipelines, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and pipeline litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Railroad Commission of Texas.

She joins from Baker Botts.
