Booz Allen, SAIC Keep Awards Under $2 Billion PTO Procurement

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., Science Applications International Corp., Halvik Inc., Riva Solutions Inc., and Steampunk Inc. will perform IT contracts for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office despite protests from several rival bidders, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.

Metric 8 LLC, M6-VETS LLC, RCH Partners LLC, Stratera Fulcrum Technologies LLC, and MERPTech LLC failed to show that the agency unreasonably assigned adjectival ratings to bids under the technical evaluation, the Government Accountability Office said.

They also failed to show that they treated bidders disparately when assigning strengths and weaknesses to bids, the GAO said.
