John Wittenzellner joined Boies Schiller Flexner as a partner in its patent litigation practice, the firm announced Wednesday.
Wittenzellner is a registered patent attorney and former engineer who has litigated patent disputes as both a plaintiff and defense attorney. He has secured favorable outcomes, including jury verdicts, in high stakes patent cases involving wireless communications, semiconductor and electronic devices, data management technologies, and online and mobile gaming platforms, the firm said.
He joins from Williams Simons & Landis, according to his LinkedIn profile.
