Boies Schiller Flexner Recruits Skinner, Smith as Partners

Peter Skinner and Andrew Smith joined Boies Schiller Flexner as partners in New York City and Washington, respectively, the firm announced Thursday.

Skinner returns to the firm as co-leader of the investigations and white collar team, the firm said. He represents companies, financial institutions, boards, and individuals through all phases of investigation and litigation.

Smith’s practice focuses on regulatory, commercial, and transactional matters, the firm said.
