Boies Schiller Flexner has opened an office in Rome, Italy, and Natalia Bagnato and Simone Grassi join as partners, the firm said Friday.
Three associates join along with Bagnato and Grassi. The team will help the firm cover complex commercial disputes, advise high-net-worth individuals, and providing ESG-related services, according to BSF.
The firm launched BSF Italy in Milan two years ago, and the Rome office marks the firm’s second location in the European Union, BSF said.
