John Holley, Blair Jacobs, and Christina Ondrick joined Boies Schiller Flexner as partners in its intellectual property litigation practice in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Holley, Jacobs, and Ondrick litigate complex disputes in all major patent jurisdictions, including at the US International Trade Commission and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. They also manage and coordinate multijurisdictional standard essential patent disputes involving parallel actions in US and foreign courts, the firm said. They represent plaintiffs and defendants in telecommunications, consumer electronics, software companies, semiconductors, encryption, medical devices, robotics, chemical processing technologies, and life sciences.
