Boies Schiller Flexner Adds John Lyons as Partner in New York

John Lyons has joined Boies Schiller Flexner as a partner in its New York City office, the firm said Monday.

Lyons’ practice will concentrate on the defense of companies against class actions and individual claims in state and federal court, as well as complex litigation outside of the US, according to Boies Schiller Flexner.

He has experience briefing and arguing constitutional questions, punitive damages issues, and jury instructions, said the firm.
