Boies Schiller Flexner Adds James Keyte, Enoch Liang as Partners

James Keyte and Enoch Liang joined Boies Schiller Flexner as partners in New York and San Francisco, respectively, the firm announced Monday.

Keyte’s practice focuses on antitrust, sports, intellectual property, and cross-border disputes firm said. He litigates high-profile cases, including class actions, alleged price-fixing, monopolization, intellectual property licensing, and distribution rights.

Liang litigates intellectual property, data privacy, and cross-border disputes, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, and idea theft the firm said.
