Jenny Kim and Michael Fay have joined Boies Schiller Flexner as partners in the New York office, the firm said Thursday.
Kim and Fay focus on litigation involving financial products, bankruptcy, and securities cases, according to Boies Schiller Flexner.
Kim most recently ran the office of a small litigation boutique known for high stakes litigation matters, said the firm.
