Boies Schiller Brings on Ex-Robinhood Litigation Head Moghaddam

Nili Moghaddam has joined Boies Schiller Flexner as a partner in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, the firm said Monday.

Moghaddam, who was the head of investigations and investigations at Robinhood, focuses on corporate litigation, white collar defense, and trial work, according to Boies Schiller.

She most recently served as chief legal officer of property technology company, Bungalow Living, said the firm. She has also served as assistant US attorney at the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.
