Ryan Dykal, Jordan Bergsten, and Mark Schafer have joined Boies Schiller Flexner’s intellectual property practice as partners affiliated with the firm’s Washington office, the firm said Thursday.
The team boasts extensive trial experience litigating high-tech IP disputes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, according to Boies Schiller.
Each of the three works with startups and Big Tech companies in competitor litigation, and has litigated patents in telecom, online streaming, and semiconductor fields, the firm said.
