Gordon Novod joined Boies Schiller Flexner as a partner in its New York City office, the firm announced Thursday.
Novod joins the firm from Grant & Eisenhofer, where he lead the bankruptcy litigation practice. He represents trustees and institutional investors in matters involving bankruptcy avoidance, state law fraudulent transfer, fiduciary duty, unlawful dividend, and corporate governance claims, the firm said.
