Boeing Top Lawyer’s Compensation Dropped to $4.4 Million in 2024

The Boeing Co. disclosed late Friday that its global compliance leader and chief legal officer Brett Gerry received $4.4 million in total compensation last year, about half of what he earned in fiscal 2023.

Boeing’s proxy filing shows that Gerry’s remuneration over the last three years totals about $19.2 million, with the bulk of that sum comprised of stock and option awards that have shrunk in value.
